Four Persons Fined On Traffic Charges Four persons were fined |1 and costs each on traffic charge in justice of the peace Floyd Hunter’s court Thursday evening. Monroe Lee Bill, 26. of Birmingham. Ala., paid the fine after being, arrested for speeding on Mercer, avenue. Harry Elnstanding, 38, of Indianapolis, was charged with speeding on 13th street. Donald E. Edgar of Columbus. 0., appeared in J. P. court after he was arrested for passing at a railroad crossing on Monroe Street. The fourth man to appear in J. P. court was William T. Ferguson of Portland, a truck driver who was arrest-' ed Thursday for insufficient clearance on his truck.
