Marjorielu Hill Bride Sunday Os Everett Hutker Miss Marjorielu Hill, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Hill of 112 North Eleventh street, became the bride of Eyerett Hutker. Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Everett Hutker. Sr., of Cleveland street, in a dou-ble-ring ceremony performed at the Trinity Evangelical United Brethren churrhnby the Rev. John Chambers, assisted by the Rev. Benjamin Thomas. The wedding took place Sunday afternoon at 3 o’clock. The church attar was adorned with white gtadoli, blue delphinium, and candles. Miss Haubold sang “The Lord’s Prayer," “Thine Alone,” and “Because.” The bride chose a lovely ivory satin princess style gown with a scooped neckline of alencon lace trimmed with tiny pearls and sequins. The lace detail extended batt-way down the sides of theback of the gown, which had a cathedral sweep train. Her headpiece was a queen's crown of puffs of ivory tulle highlighted with points of tiny seed pearls holding her veil of pure- silk illusion. The attendants wore gowns styled alike of white spider web lace over powder blue taffeta. The fitted bodices with modified V-neckllnes were highlighted with blue taffeta cummerbunds' which extended In wide streamers down the back of the full gathered ballerina skirts. They wore picture hats of softly draped nylon tulle finished in the back with a self bow and streamers. Serving as best man w r as the bridegroomis brother. Bill Hutker, and ushers were Ted Hill, Larry Hutker, and Ted Hutker. Little Tyler Hill was ring bearer. For her daughter’s wedding. Mrs. Hill chose a suit of copper colored pure silk with beige accessories. Mrs. Hutker was attired in a light green "dress trimmed with lace, and light cream accessories. Both wor? corsages of yellow carnations. Approximately 300 guests attended the reception which was held following the ceremony at the Youth and Community Center. The serving table was adorned- with a five tiered wedding cake, candles, and a pink ice punch bowl. Servers for the reception included Mrs.. 3 Bill Hutker; Mrs. Ray Quance, Mrs. Manfred Melchl and Miss Janet Hetrick. During the reception. Kay Marie Wynn played the piano. For their wedding trip of unannounced destination, the new Mrs. Hutker chose a brown and white sheath dress topped with a coat of brown linen lined to match the dress. She wore white accessories and the corsage frjgn herSfiridal bouquet. Mrs. Hutker is a graduate of Decatur high school. She attended Ohio State University and office training school in Columbus, 0. She has been emploved at the General Electric in Fort Wayne for the past three years. Her husband was graduated from Decatur high school and International Business College in Fort Wayne. He served 33 inonthvln the army and is now sales representatives with the Burroughs Corp. The couple will reside at 4OBH West Mulberry street in Kokomo. BARBARA KAY BORMANN WEDS HENRY S. MILLER The St. Mary’s parsonage was the scene of the wedding of Miss Barbara Ka% Bormann to Henry S. Miller Saturday evening at 7 o’clock, with the Very Rev. Msgr. J, J. Seimetz officiating for the double-ring ceremony. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. V. J. Bormann of 309 North Seventh street and Col. and Mrs. E. H. Miller of Newton. Mass. The bride was attired in a dress of shell pink imported Swiss voile fashioned with a Peter Pan collar and a bouffant skirt with eyelet embroidery. She carried a colonial bouquet of pink sweetheart roses, blue delphenium, and a white orchid and she wore matching flowers in her hair. CLASS OF 1953 HOLDS FIRST REUNION SINCE GAOUATION Approximately 35 members and their guests of the 1953 graduating class of Decatur high school attended the class reunion Sunday afternoon at Pokagon State park on Lake James. A potluck dinner was enjoyed by the group. This reunion was the first one since the class has graduated. Miss Gaynel Lankenau and Dan Thomas were in charge of the affair. Tentative plans were made for next year's reunion to be held in the Bluffton conservation park, in June of 1967. New officers include d&irman. Miss Sharon Kimble; OBfe-chairan, Jack Lawym; and- secretary-treasurer, Mrs. Max Millhol.’und. The members of the Decatur Weight Watches club are asked to meet at 1127 Nuttman Avenue Tuesday evening at 5:45 o’clock, after which they will go to the country home of Mrs. Ivan Roth for a lawn party and/picnic. The Women of the Moose will have a called meeting and installation of officers at the Moose home. Thursday evening at 7:30 o’clock. Installation will not be formal. Krick Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock, Miss Janet Sue Hott became the bride of Philip Alan Krick, in a double-ring ceremony which took place at the First Methodist church in Decatur with the Rev. The full gathered skirt of silk shantung was fashioned with an over lay of laee. She wore a contour headpiece of lacee rnbroidered with seed pearls and sequins and edged with a tiny pleating of tulle which held her ballerina veil of pure silk illusion. She carried a cascade arrangement of lillies-of-the-valley centered with a white orchid. Miss Colleen Sue Callsen of South Bend attended as maid-of-bonor in a gown of pink embroidered organdy with a fitted bodice and V-neckline. The full gathered skirt was highlighted with points of the embroidery going iip into the skirt. Her headpiece, a disc and fringe of nylon tulle, was trimmed with pearl studded rose buds. She carried a cascade of pink and white daisies surrounded with ivy. Steven Stucky, cousin of the bridegroom, attended as best man. and Richard D. Hott. Don E. Hott, Dale VonGunten. and Phillip Preston were ushers. Mrs. Nott was attired in a powder blue dress lace and white accessories. Mrs. Krick wore a wedgewood blue lace dress with white accessories. At the Adams county memorial hospital: Victor Fosnaugh and Vivian Morgan Fosnaugh of Berne are the parents of a baby girl born Saturday at 7:20 p.m.. weighing six pounds end two ounces. A baby boy was born to William Snyder and Geraldine Turner Snyder of Decatur Saturday at 1:45 p.m., weighing eight pounds and five ounces. Moses Schmidt and Christine Wickey Schmidt of Monroe are the parents of a baby boy born Saturday at 11:20 p.m., weigning seven pounds and 14 ounces. Sunday at 3:42 a. tn., a baby boy was born to Raymond Scherer and ' Clara Wanderly Scherer of Hoagland. Today at 1:05 a.m., Chrikt Schwartz and Alma Hflty Schwartz of Monroe became the parents of a baby girl, weighing eight pounds and four ounces.

Mrs. Krick chose a light aqua dacron dress accented by white accessories, and a white orchid from her bridal bouquet. The bride is a graduate of Decatur high school and a two year business course from Ball State Teachers College. - Her-husband-was graduated from Decatur high school and is presently attending Purdue university. , Following their wedding trip to southern Indiana, the couple will live at 227 South River Road, West Lafayette.
