Safety Messages Along Highways On Safety Week The Indiana state highway <epartment Jiaa designed special safety messages to be placed along the highways during traffic safety week, July 1 through 7. The slogan "Speed Kills — Slow Down and Live" is featured on weatherproof hoods which will be slipped over truck and bus speed limit

They will be placed on the highways at those points where motorists are most likely to be violating state speed limits.
