Indians Rally For Victory In Little League The Indians overcame a fiverun deficit to hand the Red Sox a 7-5 defeat in the Decatur Little League Thursday evening at the Homesetad diamond. The Red Sox broke away fast,acoring five runs in the first inning on a Combination of a hit batsman, a pair of walks, a single by Ron Kleinknlght- and a based loaded home run by Ron’s twin brother, Rudy. After the first inning, the Red Sox were held without a hit by Cowan. The Indians got two of the runs back In the bottom of the first on a walk, error and a triple by Nicodemus. Two more counted in the second on a walk, a double by Kohne and a triple by Blythe. : The Indians came up with the winning rally in the fifth, scoring three times on two walks, an error and hits by Townsend and Landrum. Klenk's Shells Fort Recovery For 23-9 Win KLENK’S SHELLS Klenk’s of Decatur shelled two Fort Recovery hurlers for 21 base hits to record a 23-9 victory In a Western Buckeye league game Thursday night at Worthman field. Included in Decatur’s barrage of hits were a double by Andrews, triples by Reed, Masters, Minnick and Hildinger, and Williams' home run. — — Klenk's scored In all except twc Innings and had three five-run innings to boost their total. Four Minor League Teams Are Formed Reorganization of the Minor league, which plays Monday and Wednesday mornings at Worthman field, into four teams, was announced today by Robert Worthman, summer recreation supervisor. 1 • ’ There are 50 boys now enrolled in the Minor league and four teams have been formed. Two games will be played under the new setup Monday morning, with the Reds meeting the Whites at 9 o’clock, followed by the Blacks and Golds at 10 q’clock. The rosters of the teams follow: Reds — D.
