Goals Accomplished WASHINGTON (!N8) —Secretary of state John Foster Dulles said today that President Eisenhower’s three-day conference with Canadian and Mexican leaders accomplished its gobis. Dulles told newsmen at Washington National airport on his arrival from White Sulphur Springs, W. Va., that he could not make any specific report on the meeting. He said the session between Mr. Eisenhower, Mexican president Adolfo Ruiz Cortines and Canadian prime minister Louis St. Laurent "was not designed to get concrete results but only to produce an atmosphere to get concrete results.” Dulles added: “I think it did that.”

State Traffic Toll 227 Through Sunday INDIANAPOLIS (INS) — State police superintendent Frank A. Jessup reported today that 227 persons died on Indiana highways from Jan. 1 through March 25, compared to 218 in the same period last year. Rural collisions claimed 175 lives while 52 deaths were recorded in urban areas. There were 145 rural fatalities in federal and state highway acct dents and county road crashes claimed 36 lives.
