Farm Depression Is Laid To Republicans Wickard Puts Blame On Administration WORTHINGTON, Ind. (INS) rFormer secretary of agriculture Claude R. Wickard blamed the Eisenhower administration directly for the farm depression in a speech at a dinner of the Greene county Democratic Women’s club at Worthington Wednesday night.
