California Woman Killed At Hammond HAMMOND, Ind. (INS) — Wilma Webb, 40, of Garden Grove. Calif., was killed and four others were Injured in a three-car collision on U- S. 41 near Hammond, Wednesday night. Mrs. Webb was killed when the car in which she was riding slid sideways into two cars coming from the opposite direction. Mass Production Os Color TV Planned BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (INS) — The Radio Corporation of America will start mass production of color television *gets at its" Bloomington and Indianapolis plants this year. Robert A. Seidel, iRCA executive vice president; announced the company's plans Wednesday 'at an “open house” in the remodeled five million dollar Bloomington plant, which has been in limited color TV output for two yeairs. Contract Approved For Hauling Dirt A contract allowing the KrickTyudall company to haul heavy loads of dirt over county roads was approved at a special meeting of the County commissioners Wednesday afternoon. The terms of the contract require the company to finance repairs made necessary by damage caused by the heavy loads. Virgil Krick, Dan Tyndall and Robert Anderson appeared before the commissioners to request the contract. <&.. Federal Sentence To Decatur Youth Robert E. Grimm, Decatur youth, was sentenced to three years imprisonment on conviction of a charge of violation of the Dyer act, which prohibits taking a stolen vehicle across a state line. Grimm, who is also serving a sentence for burglary from Wells county, was indicted on the Dyer act charge Friday in federal cour* at Fort Wayne before Judge Luther M. Swygert. His sentence is to begin immediately- He and two companions were charged with driving a stolen car into Ohio last spring.
