Pays Out $2,950 In Son's Traffic Fines I NEW YORK (INS) — Trial lawyer David Scott paid $2,950 in fines Thursday for 59 traffic tickets which his attorney aon, Russell, amassed and ignored over a period of six years. The elder Scott, who paid for the tickets because the car was registered in his name, was asked if his son would be allowed again to use the car.
