The people will hay* an opportunity tomorrow to be heard. You can vote for continued reckless spending or you can return the city's government to the people. - " ■ The time of year is approaching wjjen organisations of all sorts, some worthy and others unWorthy, will start 'flooding the mails and airways with appeals for funds. CITY ELECTION (continned From Page One) construction and annexation disputes. Many GOP nominees have been running on the record of President Eisenhower and a multitude of Democratic candidates have been campaigning against Governor George N. Craig, strange as it may seam. The toboggan slide of prices for farm products under the GOP national administration is expected to aid Democratic nominees in smaller cities in which an agricultural slump usually depresses business conditions rapidly. Newspaper correspondents and polls appear to disclose that the result will be close in about 20 cities, which will play the big role in determining whether a trend is set up in the electipp. MASONIC Regular Stated Meeting At 7:30 P.M.
