Wyss Is Sentenced To 18-Monlh Tenn Fort Wayne Man Is Fined And Sentenced INDIANAPOLIS (INS) — Frank A. Wyss, 81-year-old Fort Wayne businessman and Democratic politician, faces an 18-month prison term ana a 110,000 fine today imposed by Federal Judge Cale J. Holder for a (4,015 income tax era slon. Wyss allegedly used political contributions to finance stocks deals. His refusal to say whether 151,000 in funds he handled was his or bolonged to the “Branning for Mayor Club” aroused Judge Holder's ire. 1 The judge said: “The court has found you guilty of income tax evasion (on income including the political funds). Do you still feel the money is or isn't your property 7“ Wyss replied: “I don't know what to do now. I still don't care to claim the funds.” Judge Holder also sentenced two Indianapolis men to three years in the Terre Haute penitentiary and fined each (5,000 for transporting a woman interstate for white slavery purposes. They were Michael Risk, tavern owner, and Morris Kramer, 67, operator of a tailor shop. Railroad And Bus Schedules Change Time changes will be effective Sunday morning on the Erie railroad and ABC bus lines as much of the nation reverts to standard time. Going back to the standard time will be such areas as Chicago, New York, South Bend. Most of northeastern Indiana, including Adams county, and other areas in Indiana, such as Indianapolis, will be unchanged, remaining on central daylight time throughout the year. New times for Erie railroad trains, as announced by W. M. Bumgerdner, Decatur agent, are as follows: (all CUT): WestboundNo. 1, 5:28 a.m.; No. 5 (not regular stop), 2:38 p.m.; No. 7, 10:39 p.m. Eastbound — No. 8 (not regular stop) 2:16 a.m.; No. 8 (not regular stop), 5:16 a.m.; No. 6 (not ular stop), 5:34 p.m.; No. 2, 10:35 p.m. Washington — There were 2.5 million youths of 18 in the U.
