Cashmere said he will propose to the mayor that $60,00 be atppropriated to make a survey of the problems involved in moving the team into a new boll path. The borough president said he envisaged a city owned stadium which the Dodgers would rent for 77 home games and which could be leased for other events throughout the year. Regulation Track Planned At Geneva A regulation track for track and field meets is being built at the Geneva-Wabash township recreation and athletic field. The west part of the small hill at the south end of the field is being cut oft and the dirt used to build up the ball diamond and other parts of the athletic field. A track will be laid out north and south on the west half of the field. It will first be graveled and later covered with cinders. Completion of the track will make it possible to stage full scale track and field meets at the field. In the past the Geneva school has been handicaped in holding field meets by lack of a regulation track. If you have something to sell oi rooms for rent, try a Democra' Want Ad. it brings results
