Wiltshire To BitHd New Water System Revenue Bonds Are Sold For Project Magus Company of Cincinnati. 0., purchased the $174,000 of revenue bonds for construction of the new water system at Wiltshire. 0., it was announced today. Contract for construction wits awarded to Matt Sobwleterman. CoMwater, 0., and Willshlre soon will have itA own public water system. Work will start in the next 20 days. B. F. Roller, Van Wert, 0., attorney for the town, announced. The quarry at the east edge of Wiltshire will provide the system, it was said. The project was authorised some time ago by the village-council and Mayor Wilbur M&rbaugh. Bonds will be retired In 50 years and bear Interest at the rate of 4Vi percent. Water mains will be laid In the next few weeks. Willshlre has never had its own municipal water system and residents have hud to depend on their own wells for supply of water. The town recently purchased the abandoned quarry and also 50 acres of ground surrounding it. The water works building will be constructed at the edge of the quarry. which Is fed by springs. The injured were taken to Ashtabula geneiJsl hospital, Drown memorial hospital in Conneaut, and Miss Mock was taken to South Side hospital in Youngstown. Witnesses outside the stores reported that the blast scattered debris 500 Tee and shattered windows in all parts of the dwnown area. Just prior to liie explosion, power and telephone lines were knocked out by the Storm, cutting off the city's communication with the ouside.
