In the past, news has been released in no uniform manner and ABC actions often reached public print days or weeks later. The first news released under this new system was among the most dramatic to come out of the ABC in some time. Steve Swarczkoff, of Richmond, lost his license for the Steve’s liquor store on charges of "aiding and abetting bootlegging.” Four Marion county retail estab: lish merits drew suspensions as did an Indianapolis tavern. No action was taken in another tavern case and judgment was deferred in another.
