MINISTERS OF (Continued from Page One) assessment of the reasons behind the new Russian drive to try to reach agreements that fan ease frictions in the cold war. It was learned that the three foreign ministers agreed that the new Soviet diplomatic offensive may be more than mere propaganda device. MARION COUNTY (Continued from Page One) experts representing the U. S. public health service, the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis, the American medical association, American public health association. academy of general practice. American academy of pediatrics and the state and terri* officers. Dr. Henry G. Nester, city-county health director for Indianapolis and Marion county, reported today that a second poll of the six-mem-ber polio committee of the Indianapolis medical society upheld its first vote not to give the second 1 shots in the NFIP immunization program unless the vaccine received by June 20. Edgar Britton, sate NFIP representative, said “There's no chance we know about that the vaccine can be obtained by Monday.” A spokesman for Eli Lilly & Company, who supplied the first round shots for Indiana under the NFIP program-, said he could not estimate when additional vaccine might be cleared by the national institutes of health. Dr. Nester explained that while the polio committee realized there might be soirle polio cases prevented by giving the vaccine whenever it becomes available, the group felt that too many cases of polio which did occur would be blamed unfairly on the vaccine. He said some doctors felt there was danger of triggering an attack of polio if the vaccine were given while polio virus were in the body of the patient.
