Denies United Stotes Visit For Churchill LONDON HNS) - A London Foreign Office spokesman said to day “there has been no suggestion either from the United States or. London that prime minister Sir Winston Churchill should visit the United States,” VOTE GERMAN (Cont in usd from Page One) Paris accords. Its effect will be to ensure that West Germany must accept the agreement on the industrially rich Baar borderland before she begins putting her men in uniform again just a decade after Nazism's defeat in World War 11. U. S. WAITING (Continued from Psge One) "The assembly's action refutes those individuals who had been so pessimistic and who doubted the likelihood of a favorable vote.” But Wiley warned that the nations of the west must “be on their guard against a new Red diplomatic offensive." Most pessimistic was Sen. Bourke Hickenlooper (R-Iowa) also a member of the foreign relations committee. Hickenlooper noted that the 289 votes for the entry of West Germany into NATO was not a majority of the entire French parliament and said: "I don t think the vote i- a sign for j any great encouragement."
