Court News Divorce Granted An absolute divorce has been granted to Mary Lammert, plaintiff in a divorce action against Albert Lammert. The court has awarded the plaintiff 1500 alimony to be paid by the defendant at $5 per week. Personal property has been awarded to the plaintiff and real estate goes to thd defendant. Willshire-Fort Wayne Trip Made By Boat Two Van Wert, 0., boys recently took advantage of the high water* and traveled by boat from Willshire, O M through Decatur to Fort Wayne on St. Mary’s river. The two, Tom .Miller and Harold Bell, made the trip in a 14-foot runabout powered by a 33-horae-power outboard motor. They made the two-way voyage in five hours. They are now planning a trip to Defiance via the St. Mary’s and Maumee rivers. Godfrey To Undergo Operation By Eicher Dr. Palmer Eicher, former Decatur physician and a native of Berne, and now a surgeon at the Methodist hospital in Indianapolis, is scheduled to perform a hip operation on. Arthur Godfrey, the radio and TV celebrity. Dr. Eicher, who has earned a reputation as one of the finest surgeons in the country, is one of the few surgeons who can perform the delicate operation.
