Taylor, 28, of Decatur route 4, arrested for driving while intoxicated, was fined 6100 and costs and given * 36-day Jail, 'sentence by squire W. G. Mekedd!e at Van Wert, O. Taylor was arrested after he lost control of his car on a curve in Willshire, the car then hitting and damaging a home owned by Gertrude McClure. The court ordered that if the defendant paid the. fine and damage to the dwelling, the jail sentence would be reduce® to three days.
