Trade Restrictions To Soviet Relaxed \ U.S. Reduces Embargo List WASHINGTON 41NS)—Tho U.S. relaxed Its restrictions today on trade With Soviet bloc nations in ICurope but said tree world nations .will not put rncTe emphasis on banning gales of war goods to the Rieds. The easing in the security export controls was made by cutting the list of goods previously embargoed from shipment to Iron Curtain nations. The action was taken by the Foreign Operations Administration and by the Commerce Department.
