Jerry Mosser Tops Gardening Exhibit Hartford Twp. Lad Is Grand Champion Jerry Mosser, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Mosser, of Hartford township, won the grand champion ribbon for his gardening exhibit at the Adams county 4-H fair Im Monroe yesterday. Jerry is a member of the Hartford Hoosier Workers. Winners in division one of gardening were: Ist, 'Roy Fuelling; 2nd. Arlene Johnson; 3rd, Patsy Bollenbacher; 4th, John .Inniger; sth, Colleen Egly.
