Doll Show Is Held At Field Thursday Show May Become An Annual Event Big dolls, tiny dolls, pretty dolls, cute dolls, fancy dolls, novel dolls, foreign dolls, animal dolls, old dolls, new dolls—72 of them — were entered in the doll show at Vforthman field Thursday afternoon. The show, which will probably become an annual event in the summer recreation program, drew ,a large crowd of young owners and parents. - . ; , V Mary Jo Hoffman, Nancy Krick' and Dianna Linn were judges for the event. ■ Two ribbons were awarded in each of 11 classes. The show was directed by Miss Janet Everhart and Miss Dorothy Kohne. Winners of the various classes include: bride dolls—On alee Barkley, first, and Kay Wynn, second; foreign dolls — Cynthia Collier with a Scot doll, first, and Nancy Linn, second with a Korean doll.
