Arrest Soda Clerk In Hoosier's Death Homicide Charge Filed On Clerk NEW YORK (INS) — A Greenwich Village soda clerk was being held today for the murdar es a former marine from Indiana. - Charged with homicide is Colin L. Turtle, 24. ,ZutUa w*s .chaxged with causing the death of Bdward Francis Kerlin. 24, of Sullivan, Ind., early Sunday morning in a barroom brawl. . Police said that Tuttle and Berlin tussled at the bar of the Old Colony, Restaurant and that both fell to a stone floor holding glasses or bottles which smashed Both were taken to St. Vincent's hospital, where Kerlin died, cut in the throat and neck. Tuttle was given two stitches in the back. Police had listed the case as an mident after questioning three -bartenders and 20 patrons. Detective Edward Lehane said
