First stop of the morning, at 9 o’clock, was at the Verl heiser farm, miles south of Decatur on the county farm road. Here Larry Lauttenheiser brought out his Ayrshire calf, which had not yet been trimmed for the 4-H fair in Monroe August 2-5. Then Moeller, with the assistance of those present, showed > Just how to clip £he calf. ahnrHA Au* ,CUl*z*Ad uMVAPaI. Then he started by trimming the tail, then moved to the face, neck, and back. He trimmed the animal to show off its good points, hide its defects. Ears on all animals should be trimmed Inside and out,, ex* tt'* ■ i —
