MONMOUTH P.T.A. EXECUTIVE GROUP MEETS WEDNESDAY T(ie executive committee of the Monmouth P.T.A. met Wednesday evening with # the organization’s president, Richard Hankless, who attended the national P. T. A. convention at Atlantic City, N. J. last week. All chairmen were assigned their committees and it was announced that work will continue all «umm6r In an effort to make next year’s meetings as Interesting as possible. Plans are being made to use all the suggestions possible listed on the questionnaires and it was decided that all the future meetings will begin at seven-thirty o’clock and will be as brief as possible" Mrs. Edward Cook is in charge of the P.T.A. scholarship award fund. The next meeting will be held Thursday, July 22. at eight o’clock with Robert J.. Rice. VALPARAISO GUILD TO INSTALL OFFICERS Mrs. Wjllard Fawbush, re-elect-ed president of the Decatur Circuit chapter of the Valparaiso guild will be installed Tuesday evening at the closing meeting of the society, which will be a potluck supper at the Immanuel Lutheran church, Union township. The affair will begin at six o’clock. Other officers included vicepresident, Mrs. Hugh Engle; secretary, Mrs. Herman Bleeke; reelected treasurer, Mrs. Ralph Grote. > Yearly reports will be given by standing committee chairmen at the business session and the new committees for the year will be announced. A social hour will follow. Hostesses for the meeting included the Mesdames Herman Bleeke, Harold Thieme, John Blakey, W’alter Thieme, Arthur Schuller and Arthur Grewe. Mrs. Leia Gerber will present her pupils in a piano recital at the Zion Evangelical and Reformed church Sunday afternoon, at fagr o’clock.
