Reo Firm Is Sold To Indiana Company LANSING. Mich., UP — Directory of the "Reo Motors Corp., Lansing, Mich., today announced they have approved the firm’s sale to an Indiana ambulance and hearse company for $16,500,000. The board said it approved the sale to the Henney Motor Co., Freeport. Ind., at a meeting Monday night. The deal includes all Reo assets and liabilities. Aeo stockholders must vote on the sale. If they approve, it is expected to take effect about Aug. 31. The price amounts to about S3O a share. Decatur FFA Team 1$ Judging Winner 110 FFA and 4H club members took part in a livestock judging contest Monday. Hogs and beef classes were worked on at the Cal Yost farm. Victor Baltzell’s farm was the scene of the sheep judging contest. A Decatur high school team under William Journay took top honors. These boys were* Ronnie Vetter, 493; Eugene Fuelling, 465; Arnold Gerke, 461; alternate. Arlen Fuelling, 449. Leonard Kingsley of BerneFrench placed a second team. They are: Duane Bluhm, 469; Rex Luginbill, 468; Karl Rich, 468; alternate, Les Meshberger, 461. Third place went to a team coached by Martin Watson. They are: Richard Kaehr, 456; David ’Ringger, 464; and Jim Fisher, 454. Monmouth and Jefferson schools also took part in the day’s events.
