Indiana University Bureau of Business Research said today. The preliminary general index was 133.0 for October, a decrease of 5.3 percent from September. 3.3 percent from October last year and 9.3 percent from the 146.6 peak last July.

Monroeville Man . is Burned To Death \ Dr. H. Paul Miller, Allen county coroner, will return a verdict \of ‘accidental death" in the death of Donald F. Hines, 38, of Monroeville. who was found dead in his house Wednesday by firemen who were called to the Hines home. After conducting an autopsy. Dr. Miller said that Hines died of first, second and third degree burns over 75 percent of his body. He said Hines had breathed the fire, fumes and smoke.
