Haugks' New Store Open This Weekend Modern Building On N. Thirteenth St. Haugk’s new and modern building on highway 37, at 209 N. 13th street, will be opened to the public this weekend. Formerly known Haugk’s Heating & Appliances and located on South Second street, the retail establishment will be known as Haugk’s. Established in 1945, the owners are Herman Haugk and son Fred "Fritz” Haugk, who joined the firm in* 1946 following his return from army service. The modern waterproof concrete block is 60 by 80 feet, located on the west side of the highway at the rear of the Haugk property. A modernistic glass front lends beauty and attractiveness .to theretail establishment. The interior walls and ceiling are finished in plaster and B,oob watts of lighting flood the room with the brightness of day. • The main display room is 60 by 80 feet. Located in this arena visitors will find a full line of | heating and plumbing equipment household and electric appliances.
