ADAMS COUNTY ROADSIDE COUNCIL MEETS ■... Friday the Adams Roadaide council met at the Decatur library. The president, Mrs. Paul Rich, opened the meeting with a brief account of her recent trip to California, ■'commenting on the road-side parks and highways found in other states. After the business meeting the president introduced Tr|ie Andrews, district highway superintendent, who was the guest speaker. He gave a very interesting talk on the construction and upkeep of highways and roadside parks. One very interesting point stressed by Andpevks was that anyone who lives along a state highway should consult the state highway superintendent before installing a turnoff driveway because of the drainage prbblem. The announcement was made that the fall meeting of the Indiana Roadside council will be held October 13 at Hbneywell Memor- • I . ■ • I I'
