Flying Farmers To Meet On August 3 Between 1000 and 1200 persons are expected Monday, Aug 3. for the annual meeting of the Flying Farmers of Prairie Farmer Land. They will land at the Purdue Airport for a cue day visit to; the University. William E. Renshaw. Indianapolis. executive head of the organization, predicts that crowd will be larger this year than when the group met here in 5 946. That day, ■579 planes were parked on the University . Airport while the fliers and their wives visited about the campus. The membership includes Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin farmers who h(ive their own planes.
