Former Decatur Man f Fined And Sentenced Joseph Deininger, 28, of St. l (Marys, Ohio formerly qf this city, pleaded guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of ' alcohol ' and to charges of reckless driving when arraigned yesterday before Judge Paul P. Dull in Mercer county, Ohio, common pleas court.
