The brief is not covered by statute and is entitled: “appelJies answer to reply brief for appellant." The brief contains a rebuttal of the last brief filed ?»y city attorney Robert Anderson, which was supposedly to have been the last to go to the higher court at Indianapolis. Covington lists local attorneys Custer A Smith as lawyers with hint fbr the Witnesses, yet they bad no knowledge of the latent additional brief filed from New York. I /. SIOO Donated For Korean Foundation One hundred dollars of the ‘1,300 quota for Adams county for I the national Korean Foundation, has been subscribed to date, Clarence Ziner, county treasurer, 3afd today. Letters were mailed t? business firms and individuals a few days ago asking for contri'ntions to the volunteer fund, which wilPprovide food and clothing for the needy in Korea. Mayor John Doan, chairman for Adams county, and zinen said that the response was satisfactory to date and predicted that this county would meet Rs quota. Checks may be made payable to Clarence Zinier, treasurer. National Korean Foundation.
