It was Milwaukee’s fourth defeat against a victory and a tie in its last six games. But Brooklyn has suffered eight defeats in its last 10. 'I House Group Favors Reorganization Bill WASHINGTON UP—The house agriculture committee approved legislation Wednesday to reorganize the farm credit administration and strip secretary of agriculture Ezra T. Benson of power to influence its policies. The measure would set up a 13nian federal farm credit board which would set policy and select an administrator. It also would provide for greater farm ownership and control of credit agencies. The bill was drafted by three major farm organizations after seven eyars of study and was endorsed recently by the agriculture department.
