RUTH AND NAOMI CIRCLE IN MEETING RECENTLY Nineteen members were present for the Ruth and Naomi Circle meeting recently, which took in ■ the social room of the Zibn Evangelical Reformed church. Group singing, “We’ve a Story to Tell the Nations” and for Jesus” opened the session, followed with devotions by Mrs. Fred Ashbaucher, leader for the meeting. She used ” A New Church in a Ghost Town” and “The Leopard's | Angel” as her topic. Mrs. Harry Frauhiger, chairman,\ presided at the business meeting, when election of officers was held. Mrs. Frauhiger, Mrs. Tony Meyers and Mrs. Ed Borne were named to serve another year. * During the social hour, refreshments were served by the hostesses, Mrs. Meyers, Mrs. O. L. Kirsch and Mrs. Merlin Ross. 4 : , The annual Christmas party will be held December 17 with a pot,luck dinner at twelve ocfock and a fifty-cent gift exchange. | A __ ' ■ .■ ■ PTTHIAN SISTER NEEDLE CLUB MEETS The Pythian Sisters Needle club met after Temple Monday evening". Mrs. Robert Garard, president, presided during the business meeting. Plans were completed for the Christmas party to be held Monday evening, Dec. 8, with a 6:_w o’clock dinner, and 50 cent gift exchange? Sisters of the Temple are asked to call Mrs. Ed Ahr. 3-3283, for reservations by Thursday, 'pec. 4. The hostesses for the evening, Mre. Lloyd Ahr, Mrs. Bob Ahr, and Mrs. Homer Lower, \ served lovely refreshments with the tables decorated in a Thanksgiving theme. After the luncheon, games were played with prizes awarded.
