DECATUR GARDEN CLUB ENTERTAINED TUESDAY Mrs. Martin Worthman entertained members of, the Decater Garden club Tuesday afternoon at her home. Earl butter. Mrs. Amos Yoder won the attendance prize. During the social hour, refresh* ments were served by the hostess, assisted by Mrs? Heller was hostess to the meeting of the Research cldb Monday afternoon, which began with, the club collect led by Mrs. O. H. Haubold. Mrs. Edward H. Cook was in charge of the afternoon program. The session adjourned followed with a brief business session: Twenty-two members were present for the meeting. - PSI IOTA XI SORORITY HAS DESSERT LUNCHEON A dessert luncheon was enjoyed by Psi lota Xi sorority members Wednesday evening at the Elks home. Following the luncheon, Mrs. Dave Em bier gave a brief explanation of music appreciation. In her talk, she emphasized the joy composers experience as their work is Miss Charlene Lehman and Jack Lawson favored the “group with selections including “I Love Life,’'’ “Sunny Boy” and “All the Things You Are.” Hostesses for the evening were Miss Phyllis Kraft, Mrs. Jack Heller, Mrs. E. E. Rydell, Mrs. Ed Peck. Mrs. Dave Embler and Mrs. Betty McNerny. HISTORICAL CLUB MEETS t x WITH MRS. Mrs. Harry Essex gave a paper on natural gas, which proved most interesting. Mrs. Roy Price, celebrating her birthday, was presented with a home made cake by Mrs. Worthman.
