Scpres Report By Crime Commission INDIANAPOLIS UP — Marion county prosecutor Frank H. Fair-? child today labeled as “unfair” a citizens’ ctipje commission report charging ineffective enforcement of gambling and vice laws in the county. The commission, investigating a recent rash of violent crimes, cited "politically influenced law enforcement Agencies” whose failure to enforce gambling and vice laws led to more serious violations. Fairchild said the report was . filled with “innuendo” and wafe too “all embracing.” He said state police told hflm “Marion county was as free of commercial gambling aa it has ever been.” CHURCH NEWS Bobcat- Tabor Rally day and homecoming will he observed at the Bobo Mt. Tabor Methddist church Sunday, starting with the regular Sunday services at 9:30 a.m. A carry-in dinner will be served at noon and an afternoon service will be held at 1:30 o’clock. The Rev. Calvin R. Vass, student pas tor of TtfVlor University, will be the speaker.
