Delbert Witte Wins In Tractor Contest Delbert Witte of the Root Roving Rangers won first premium in the senior division of the tractor drivers contest Thursday at the 4-H club show in Monroe. He scored 124 out of.a possible 150 points. Leon Habegger of the Monroe Boosters was second with a score of 114; Third premium was won by Arno Girod of the Preble Happy Warriors with a score of 113; 4th by Ed Marbach of the Union Workers and sth by Floyd Simon of the Monroe Boosters.
