WOMEN OF MOOSE IN CALLED MEETING The Women of the Moose met Thursday evening at the Mloo.se home for a called meeting. It was decided during the session not to wear formals -for initiation duriiig July and August and members are asked to please not do so. The next meeting will be July 24 at the Moose home for initiation. The meeting will begin at seven, thirty o’clock and the officers 8 are asked to meet at seven o’clock. The national federation theme was announced for 52-53 as “Crusade to Americanism" and was revealed. by Mrs, Oscar A.. Ahlgren. Following this, during a luncheon in. the Florentine room of the hotel Wednesday noon. Victor Selby, state Federation president, 1 announced her theme, as “Call to Americanism/’ As student from Indiana University. Miss Sally Butler, then gave a brief talk on program planning, which was -followed with a, talk from Dr. Davis of Indianapolis “on getting out the vote.” ;

Mrs. Dorothy Ifer, 35. of NottingHarn township Well county died Wednesday evening at St. Joseph hospital, Fort Wayne, from polio. She had been removed here Sunday..
