/Gordon Black, Jr., youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Black of South Line street, has been admitted to the Lutheran hospital in Fort Wayne for observation and treatment of rheumatic fever. He has been ill about six weeks. He is a Decatur Democrat carrier and since his illness his sister, Myra, Jas been carrying his route. His oom number at the hospijtal is 475, . f '

Warren Says He Is In Race To Finish Possible Deadlock Seen By Knowland CHICAGO, UP <— Goy. Earl Warren of California told the 76 convention delegates pledged to him! today he is a “win, lose or draw” candidate for the Republicin nomination.
