Happy' Go-Lucky The Hartford Happy Go-Lucky 4-H club held their second meeting April 14 at the school house. Patricia McCune led the m the pledges and song© were led by Laurinda Bate. The club decid-, ed, in their business meeting, who would serve refreshments and give demonstrations for the rest of the meetings. Mrs. Zeigler, Mrs. Hillard Uptegraft and Mrs. Charles Pyle then gave a demonstration on ‘‘putting on make up.’’ There were 27 members. three leaders and three visitors present. Future Farmers The second Kirkland Future Farmers 4-H club meeting wa? held at the Adams Central high school recently. The meeting was called to order and the pledges led by the president, Harold Arn-> old. Songs were then led by the song leader, Sherman Arnold. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
