Mrs. Max Schafer, executive secretary of the Adams county chapter oj the Red Cross, was the speaker for the evening and told of the services rendered by the Red Cross. The Civic department voted to give $lO to the Red Cross this year. Mrs. F. H. Willard played and sang several Irish songs and contests Os Irish theme were led by Mrs. Fred Hancher.
