Three Scheduled To Appear In Court Authorities Make Three Arrests Here Three men were scheduled to appear in city court today, two of them haled” there by CTty police, one on a traffic charge, the other for public intoxication; the third is to appear following an accident, and subsequent arrest by sheriff Bob Shraluka. Edward Hawks, of River Rouge, • Mich., is charged by the sheriff with reckless driving, after the car he was driving and another driven by Vincent Pec'ora, Chicago, sideswiped on U.S. 27, about four miles north of the city. Hawks was apparently in the wrong lane of traffic when the accident occurred about 1 a.m. today. Total damage was estimated at S9OO. City police arrested Albert Davidson, of Pleasant Mills, this morning. shortly after midnight, for public intoxication. The arrest was made on Jefferson street. Dale -Dunean, of Ossian rural ’ route, is charged with running the stop llgnt at the corner of Second and Monroe. Negligible damage was estimated after the accident which occurred when a car driven by Isaac Bosell.
