Local Man's Sister Dies At Indianapolis r Funeral service, w Or* held Thursday in Indianapolis for Mrs. Warren Black, 43, of that city, sister of Sam Michel of 1044 Russell street. Burial was made in a Batesville cemetery. Phone Rate Hearing Set For January 14 The hearing in the matter of rates and charges petitioned for by tile Citizens Telephone company vtrill be held by the public, service commission of Indiana in Indianapolis Jan.: 14. , The petition was filed by the local telephone company several months ago. The hearing will be held at 2 p.m. and public participation is requested.
