The festival was a great success and attracted hundreds of young persons to the Decatur high and , , Lincoln schools. Mrs. Brandyberry said that hundreds of young, folk | attended thg dance at Lincoln school and that every body had an evening of wholesome fun, void of vandalism. \ “I believe the parade and fall i festival are the best deterrents to vandalism, for the two attractions keep mischievousness out of mhid,” the parent-teachers president explained.
