Ruffles of lace touched with pearl buttons and a scalloped double collar featured the bodice and the fitted sleeve?’ had doubk "uffs. Orchids topped the white Bible she carried and a bonnet Os illusion held her veil of silk illusion. , Mrs. Harold French’, Celina, O„ was matron of honor, Delores Grist, North Manchester and Evelyn French, Celina, were bridesmaids and Linda Fuhrman, of Decatur,’ a niece of the bride was junior, bridesmaid.. Barbarg Fuhrman was flower girl and Phil Fuhrman was ringtyearer. Mrs. French and Barbara Fuhrman were gowned identically in yellow taffeta,' and the bridesmaids wore similar gowns of nile green taffeta. They all wore mitts and headpieces to match their gowns and their rhinestone earrings were gifts of the bride. Don Alsener, New Haven, Conn., served as best man,i and ushers were Edward' Dudek Jamaica, N. Y„ and Bob Fuhrman. A pink lace dress with white accessories and a corsage of white carnations was worn'** the mother of the bride. A three tiered cake garlanded with yellow roses .and green leaves centered the lace-covered bridal table at the reception, held at the home of the bride’s parents for one hundred guests. Serving were the Misses Coreen Jackson and Grace Jackson. Louisville, Ky., Beverly Zinn, Fort Wayne Betty lee Wtenley, Miriam Kocker and Wanda Hall, of Huntington, and Nancy Fuhrman of Decatur. Following a wedding trip north the couple will be at home in Wichita, Kan., where the groom Is electrical engineer with Boeing Aircraft. Mrs. Jackson is a graduate of Monmouth high school and has been employed at the Methodist hospital following her graduation) from their school of nursing. Her husband attended western Kentucky State Teachers College and graduated from Indiana Technical College at Fort Wayne. RECENT BRIDAL SHOWER HONORS MRS. IRA HUBER . The office girls of the General Electric gave a miscellaneous (recently x honoring Mrs. Ira E. Huber, of Willshire, O. Mrs. Huber, before her piarriage, was Miss Fern Passwater of this city. A marshmallow and ! weiner roast was held at Hanna-Nuttman park. Later in the evening, at the ringing of an alarm clock, Mrs. Huber was informed by telegram that she was to go to the home of Mrs. C. L. August. There Mrs. Huber' was again met by the girls, who escorted her into the home, beautifully decorated with flowers and a large wishing well filled with gifts.
