Central Soya Company \ Declares Dividend Central Soya Company, Ipc., declared a regular quarterly dividend of 40 cents per share, payable on August 15. to stockholders of record at the close of business August 4, D. W. McMillen, chairman of the board, announced today. . ! This makes a total so far during the current fiscal year of $1.60 per share which has been declared on the 99.0.000 shares of common stock now currently outstanding. The company paid a stock dividend of 50 at the beginning of the current fiscal year.
