Minor Accidents Are Investigated Here One Arrest Is Made By Decatur Police City police made one arrest Friday and investigated one accident, in which an unidentified driver clipped a couple of parked cars, then left the scene. ? Deputy sheriff Jim Cochran also investigated a. minor accident which occurred about a mile northeast of the city when a car bumbed into the rear ehd of one driven by Chester Stevens, of route 2, whose ear in turn bumped into the n ar end of the vehicle operated by Bert 1 Ralston, of 534 Studebaker street. \ The driver oi the third car failed £o itton.
