_ WOMEN OE THE MOOSE ' NAME NEW OFFICERS \ The Women ot the Moose held their annual election of officers Thursday evening at a social meeting held in the Moose home. Mrs. Oren Schultz Vas named senior i egent. — Other officers are as follows: junior regent, Mrs. Waneta Walclile; recorder, Mrs. Evelyn Kingsley treasurer, — Mrs. Genevieve August; chaplain, Velma Goelz. - * During the social games and contests were held and prizes won Ly Mrs. Mary Jane Miller, Mrs. \, Marcella Loshe, Mrs. Clem Baker, and Mrs. Edna Davidson. Mrs. Evelyn Plasterer won the door \ prize. \ The social hour and refreshments were in charge of Mrs. Laura membership chairman,an d assisting committee. \ GIRL BCOUT DAY CAMP \ WILL OPEN ON MONDAY Using “Hands Around the World Camping” as their theme, the , Girl Scouts of Decatur will have their annual day camp next week at Hanna-Nuttman park. Activities to be offered the scouts include handicraft, campcraft, nature quest, dramatics, singing, t and track and trailing. Girls attending camp the first day are asked to bring their noon lunch, a notebook and pencil. Mrs, Erman Johnson, camp director,, has urged all girls interested in becoming scouts to attend the camp.
