Reports Horse Meat Sold As Hamburger Investigations Ares j «Underway In State —lndianapolis, June 7 —(UP)— Ground horse meat isbejng sold a» hamburger in at least two Indiana counties, it was reported to health authorities today. * ' j 4 ■ Separate investigations were being njade in the Indianapolis area and In an unnamed county. To mane: gelatin on WaXer; soak a few minutes. Heat applesauce, lemon juice, and lemon rind with half the sugar. Dissolve gelatin in hot applesauce. Add, spices.y Chill until partly set. Add salt to egg white and beat until stiff. Add rest of sugar) slowly, beating until glpssy. Fold egg frhite, mixture, cream, and half of lhe crumbs into gelatin mixture. Pour intp mold; chill until firm. Before serving.'sprinkle with
