Mrs. Ercie McConnell, PanAmerican .chairman, gave a talk on Uruguay, the country studied by the auxiliary this year. She supplemented talk with pictures and articles from South America. Decorations were carried out in a South American theme in the favors and tallies. Prizes were won by Mrs. Henry Braun and MrsVincent Borman for bridge, Miss Margaret Eiting and Mrs. Bauipclster for pinochle, and Mrs. Gusta Baker for bunco. Three Arrejts Made By Decatur Police Driver Is Arrested For Leaving Scene City police mad< three arrests, two for traffic offenses and one for public intoxication, one of them Tuesday, the other 'two today. Miss Janet Goldner, 1323 Monroe,street, was cited today by city police for leaving the scene ot an accident which occurred Tuesday when the car she was driving struck Richard Hess, 133 South Eleventh, who was walking along Ninth street, adjacent to the General Electric plant.
