Schools Next Week For 4-H Officers Training Schools For 4-H Officers Newly elected 4-H club officers Will have the choice of attending a training school in either Decatur or Berne next week. The Decatur 4-H officers school will be held at 7 p.m. Lincoln School. Tuesday, April 17. The Berne 4-H officers training school Will be held in th© Berne-French school at 7 p.m, Thursday, April 19. Both schools will start with registration and a general session. Later the various officers will assemble for special training. Jean Steller, vocational home economics teacher at Decatur, will instruct the presidents and vice-presidents In the Decatur session. Leonard Kingsley, vocational agricultural teacher at Berne, w-ill teach the same session in Berne. Pauline Augsburger, county office secretary, will teach the secretaries’ and treasurers’ class at both schools. L. E. Archbold, dounty agricultural agent, will help the news reporters in Berne and Decatur. Gloria Koeneman, 'county 4-H club agent\ will instruct the song leaders, while Jean Shockley county health nurse, will take the classes on health and safety. Anna K. Williams, home demonstration agent, assisted by members of the rural youth, will teach the recreational leaders.
