Will Pay Inteijegt V7 Another change in the law wilt enable many employers to qualify for lower unemployment' compensation tax rates nekt year, the chamber said. This will be due to a new provision for crediting t«b each employer’s unemployment compensation'account his share di interest earned on the state’s unemployment compensation trust fund. Apprpximately $36 million of i back interest will be so credited as well as interest that accumulates in the future. Each employer’s tax rate is based on the ration of his state unemployment compensation account to his • annual payroll. 7 <• Under the amended law, pir-
